This week's focus is to learn how to identify your own personal trigger foods, and how actually avoiding those foods gives you personal freedom. I'm going to help you discover what foods have a narcotic like effect on the brain, that keep you hooked. We're going to talk about willpower versus chemical reaction and learn self-forgiveness and compassion. It's likely NOT your fault!. We are also going to take the twenty question quiz to uncover whether you may be a food addict or emotionally addicted to food and lastly, we will learn the Triple A spirit (awareness, acceptance, and action) as a self rescue remedy.
You've done a lot of work at identifying and realizing it's more than just the food and at the same time your food choices play a vital role in your weight loss. You may need additional support along the way and I encourage you to find that support. Keep it up - you'll be glad you did!
