When I started my weight loss journey years ago, I was a yo-yo dieter and didn't know anything about lasting weight loss.  I finally gave up dieting all together and the numbers on the scale kept creeping up. I remember crying and being full of rage when the doctor told me to lose weight and that I was pre-diabetic and needed to get off sugar. I hated myself for putting myself in this position and truly thought it was all my fault, and if I’d just had more will power or better discipline, I’d be ok. Whenever I actually lost weight, it was as if I turned into this totally happy confident person, but I could never keep it off.

I felt so weak whenever I would try a new diet or exercise plan and couldn't stick to it. I always quit feeling disappointed and hopeless.

At one point I got fed up, and realized I am here to be happy and healthy and that there must be a method or practice that would allow this insanity to end.

So instead of trying to re-invent the wheel, I decided I was going to do whatever it took to find the right mentors and support. To learn the key principles to weight loss mastery in a way that was congruent with my values. 

Most importantly, I committed to stretching and growing myself so I could get trim and healthy and help others do the same.

Through the help of private coaching and a lot of group support, I not only learned how to lose weight fast, but I learned the secrets to keeping it off for life. Within 6 months I had lost all my weight and after one year, I trusted myself enough and donated all my FAT clothes! 

That was only the beginning… 

The following year I was still the same weight and have been every year since….My life is rich with relationship, happier, lighter and secure..
